Do I need a FreshBooks account?
Yes, current Book Keeper only works with FreshBooks. FreshBooks offers free starter accounts (up to 3 clients), sign up now!
How do I get my FreshBooks API key into Book Keeper?
Soon, you won’t have to and can sign-in using oAuth, but for now:
- Find your API Key in FreshBooks
- E-Mail it to yourself at an account you can access on your BlackBerry
- Select it (using the BlackBerry menu item “select”), then copy and paste it into FreshBooks
What devices are supported?
All BlackBerry devices with OS 4.2.1 and higher are supported.
What OS is my device running?
At the same time, press the alt key, the shift key, and the letter h on your device.
This will bring up the “Help Me” screen on your BlackBerry. On that screen, locate the “App Version” setting and notice the number to the right of it. If it’s 4.2.1 or greater, you are good to go!
